When the stock plastic luggage rack on your KLR doesn't cut it anymore, drop some weight while adding functionality and style with our Adventure Series luggage rack. The CNC Laser cut plate is machined using extra thick 6061 Aluminum and is guaranteed to survive any adventure the KLR can take you on.
Easy to Install
- CNC laser cut 3/16 inch 6061 aluminum, black semi-gloss textured powder coat finish
- 2 sets of Rotopax mounting holes (horizontal/vertical) for use with the full Rotopax lineup
- Weighs about 1/2 pound less than the stock plastic luggage rack insert, while adding 13 cutouts and 16 holes for endless strapping, case mounting, and bungee options (plastic stock luggage plate is removed prior to installation)
- Gives the rear end of your KLR an updated, modern appearance when it is not loaded up with gear
- Easy mounting for Pelican and Seahorse cases, or any other hard case. - Givi Monokey and Monolock compatible with Givi universal base plate
- 4 corner cutouts designed for secure and easy installation of Wolfman Expedition and DrySpec duffel bags (also compatible with 40 and 62 inch Rok straps for adding any size/brand duffel or pack)
- 8 point mounting with countersunk bolt holes
- Stainless bolts and finished aluminum spacers are ready for extreme environments (install video is available, paper instructions are included)
- Removable sissy bar attachment is available in 6 and 8 inch sizes (sold separately)
